Windhu Candra Budaya Dance Studio was founded on August 7, 1997, by I Ketut Sudirawan, who is better known as Pak Mangku Dalang. Pak Mangku Dalang is a dancer and the main manager of the studio, renowned for his personal touch and charismatic approach in teaching Balinese arts and culture. With his expertise and ability to explain Balinese art in great depth, he has attracted many visitors interested in learning about the beauty of Balinese culture. The studio is supported by his wife, who is also a dance instructor at the studio, and together they carry out the mission of preserving and promoting Balinese culture.
Windhu Candra Budaya Dance Studio teaches various types of Balinese dances, focusing on preserving dance art based on the fundamentals of Balinese perlegongan.
